Learning Support Assistant, full-time or part-time

Location - Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)

Contract type – Up to 27.08 hours per week, term-time only (38.6 weeks)

Hours – 8:15am-3:15pm, Monday-Friday

Contract term - Permanent

Salary - Payscale LPT3, FTE £21,920 - £22,442 (pro rata £14,161-£14,498) based on 27.08 hours

Do you have an interest in supporting young people? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our highly dedicated SEND department. You will be part of an amazing team with a deep commitment to delivering excellent results and helping students achieve their potential.

An LSA works to support young people with special educational needs in a variety of ways. The role is extremely rewarding and no previous experience is needed as full training will be provided. We are seeking candidates with an interest in education and a desire to make a difference. The role is for term-time only and therefore offers the opportunity for real job satisfaction while maintaining some flexibility.

Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in March 2022 as “Good”. We have a centralised behaviour system allowing consistent classroom strategies with low impact processes.
