The Role

Receptionist - Administrator

Part time – a minimum of 13 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)

LPT4: salary range £20,020-£21,551 (based on a full time week)

Required from January 2023

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, welcoming and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, parents and the wider school community. The successful candidate will manage the smooth running of the George Abbot School Reception and effectively support administrative duties in the wider school office.  

 

The successful candidate will:

·        Have a polite and warm telephone manner

·        Have sound IT skills; experience using SIMS.net would be an advantage, but not essential

·        Have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

·        Have a positive mind-set and be motivated to deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity.

 

Other necessary qualities include confidentiality, efficiency, being able to work on your own initiative and in a timely manner, alongside a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our school.
