The Role

Compliance Administrator

28 – 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

LPT Grade 5 £25,541 - £27,492 FTE

£22,162 – £23,855 pro rata based on 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

£17,238 – £18,554 pro rata based on 28 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join the Governance and Estates Team.

We are looking for a well-organised, efficient, and enthusiastic person to join our team to support our schools in using trust systems to provide data and information and provide training and guidance. You will coordinate the gathering of information and data in all areas of compliance.

The successful applicant should have excellent organisational and time-management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload to ensure that deadlines are met, as well as to work autonomously and take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential requirements. You will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for the team and you will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines.

The role is based at the Learning Partners Academy Trust central offices in Guildford but there will be occasional travel across our schools.

The post holder will be required to work between 28 - 36 hours per week over 39 weeks per year. You will need to have the flexibility to occasionally adjust your working pattern according to the needs of the trust.
