The Role

Head of Year 13

Location - Near West Byfleet, Surrey (excellent transport links)

Permanent Contract, to start September 2024

Salary: Main scale/Upper scale (fringe) + TLR 2.2 £5,343 per annum

 

Are you an experienced teacher looking to develop your career in a great school with a real passion for helping students achieve their best? As Head of Year 13, you will be responsible for leading and developing the aims and ethos of the School and Sixth Form (Fullbrook 6). You will provide strong and supportive leadership to a team of tutors, working closely with them to improve and celebrate student achievement. No sixth form teaching experience is required for this role.

Fullbrook is a successful and highly popular mixed 11-18 Academy classified as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in March 2022. We have a centralised behaviour system allowing teachers to focus on the thing they love; teaching our aspirational students.
