About us

Guildford Grove is a two-form entry primary school, with a maintained nursery and a Specialist Centre for profoundly deaf children. Our aim is for every one of our children to leave Guildford Grove with a true love of learning and high aspirations for their future, and we work in close partnership with parents and external agencies to achieve the best for each child.

·        Have the ability to form positive relationships at all levels

·        Demonstrate a drive towards continual improvement and professional development

·        Be able to work under pressure, prioritise and manage time effectively

·        Happy and enthusiastic children who love to learn

·        An experienced, welcoming team who strive to keep up to date with current educational research and evidence informed practice

·        A school that goes beyond the academic subjects and provides amazing enrichment opportunities for all pupils, including trips, musical performances and sporting events

·        Excellent networking and career opportunities across our growing academy trust

·        Extensive staff benefits including Employee Assistance Scheme, high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, discounted gym membership and free will-writing service
