HR COORDINATOR
Full or part time hours (at least 26 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)
LPT Grade 6 £28,470 – £30,665 per annum FTE (pro rata for part time)

About the role:
As the HR Assistant at Learning Partners Academy Trust, you will be working in the central HR team based in Guildford providing HR support to both the central team and the schools within the trust.
This is a role which is varied and interesting. You will work closely with the central HR Adviser and Head of HR supporting and delivering a range of HR services such as:
· Providing excellent customer service to service users across our schools
· Responding to first line queries from schools, referring on more complex queries
· Undertaking recruitment, onboarding and offboarding administration
· Recording, processing, and storing of confidential information
· Data collation and reporting
· Payroll administration
· Management of the single central record
· Organising and servicing HR meetings
· Assisting with ad hoc HR projects
Skills and attributes we are looking for:
· An experienced and effective administrator, ideally in an HR administrative role although not essential
· A keen interest in HR
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently and problem solve
· Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities
· High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
· Excellent team player with a strong focus on working together to achieve results
· The ability to provide a great customer experience
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
· The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice or equivalent would be an advantage but is not essential if you have a keen interest in HR
Applications will be considered for full-time or part-time working. The post holder will be required to work at least 26 hours per week over 40 weeks per year (term time plus 1 additional non- term time weeks). You will need to have the flexibility to occasionally adjust your working pattern according to the HR needs of the trust. Please state in your application your desired hours and work pattern.
