The Role

Exam Invigilators

Location – Guildford, near Park Barn

Rate of pay - £13.25 per hour + holiday pay


Surrey Maths School (SuMS) is a specialist 16-19 Maths School which opened in Guildford in September 2024 to serve students across the South East, aiming to become a hub of excellence for the teaching of the mathematical sciences. We have 85 students in Year 12 from 65 schools across the South East and beyond.   

We are seeking dedicated exam invigilators to join our school.  You will be employed on a casual basis to supervise students taking both mock and actual exams, as necessary throughout the school year – hours are variable depending upon the exam timetable. The successful candidates will work as part of a pool of invigilators and will need to be reliable and punctual, highly flexible and able to relate to learners.
