School Improvement Partner
Required for September 2025
At Learning Partners Academy Trust, we are rapidly expanding our successful school improvement offer to meet the needs of our growing trust. We are seeking to appoint committed and successful educators with significant experience of school improvement within a primary or secondary setting to join the trust’s school improvement team.
School Improvement Partners (SIP) will work across our trust schools for 4 days each during the academic year plus attendance at termly school improvement team meetings. We are looking to support a number of primary and secondary schools and can be flexible whether you work with two schools or more. We also offer additional support to schools as required for schools on our ASIS programme which may be of interest to you.
This is an ideal opportunity for any serving Headteachers or senior leaders who are seeking a professional development opportunity whilst still working in your own school or those educationalists who wish to work supporting school improvement in a different capacity. We are keen to meet both experienced SIP colleagues as well as those of you who are new to SIP work. As a constantly improving Trust, we welcome new and experienced ideas and innovation for better supporting our schools.
We are a dedicated team that collaborates effectively, sharing our expertise and providing support across all our schools. You would be welcome to join regular training events and will be provided with all the ‘tools’ for the job. There is an expectation that you will join termly school improvement meetings with the central team colleagues and will be remunerated accordingly.
We are seeking colleagues for this post to start in September 2025. If you are interested in finding out any further information please visit our trust website https://www.learningpartners.org/ and contact Kathryn Krynicki kkrynicki@learnignpartners.org or Helen Gregory hgregory@learnngpartners.org We will be happy to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
