About the Role:


As a Teacher of Philosophy, you will:

·          Deliver thought-provoking lessons from KS3–KS5 that inspire and challenge;

·          Lead meaningful discussions and help students develop analytical, ethical and logical reasoning skills;

·          Support academic progress through impactful feedback and tailored strategies;

·          Contribute to an innovative department where ideas are shared and success is celebrated;

·          Play a key role in pastoral care as a form tutor, helping students grow into confident, reflective individuals.

·          has the ability to teach Philosophy to A-Level with confidence and clarity;

·          brings creativity, insight and passion into the classroom;

·          communicates effectively and works collaboratively;

·          uses data to inform teaching and accelerate progress;
